Dear Sutler / Vendor,
You are invited to apply to participate as a sutler/vendor in the Sesquicentennial 150th Anniversary Battle of Shiloh Reenactment. Your registration form will be emailed to you upon request.
This registration form is for food vendors, book sellers, authors, non-period sutlers, print sellers, souvenir stands, etc.
If you’ve registered as an authentic period sutler with Andy Fulks, our sutler chairman, then you’re already in. If you’ve not received confirmation from him then you need to register as a non-period sutler or vendor. The two sutler/vendor areas are adjacent.
The Sesquicentennial Reenactment will be held March 29 – April 1, 2012 on over 1000 acres of land adjacent to the Shiloh National Military Park. Entrance is at Hwy 22 and Pratt Road.
We expect about 6-8000 reenactors and 30-40,000 spectators from all over the country.
Registration / check-in is at 1150 Hwy 22, which is the intersection of Hwy 22 & Hwy 142 inHardin County,TN. This building is the old Shaw’s Restaurant, if you’re familiar with the area. You MUST check in first or you won’t be permitted on the site (without an ID badge).
Some site notes: there are no utilities at the site. You must be self-contained, with your own tent, table, chairs, power, etc. You must also provide two garbage cans for public use. Our Boy Scouts will empty them for you each day. We will, of course, have ample porta-johns.
I appreciate your participation in this reenactment and know that it will be a big success for all.
Thanks again for joining in with us on this historic sesquicentennial Shiloh event.
